1. Definitions

“Subscription”: pre-paid arrangement to gain ongoing access to our services in filing your Beneficial Ownership Information (BOI) with FinCEN.

“Subscription Period”: month-to-month renewable on the anniversary of your subscription date.

“BOI Filing”: Beneficial Ownership Information refers to identifying information about the individuals who ultimately own or control a company, regardless of the ownership structure.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our subscription service.

3. Subscription

a. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the subscription fee as outlined on our website.

b. Services rendered and data secured will be limited to the designated LLC(s) assigned to your subscription.

c. The subscription fee is non-refundable, and your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless canceled by you.

d. The subscription will renew automatically every month until canceled.

e. Filings will be submitted at no charge when filed in Wyoming.

4 Payment and Billing

a. Payment is due upon subscription and will be automatically charged to the payment method provided.

b. In the event of non-payment, we will maintain your compliance for 90 days. If your payment has not been received after 90 days, we will terminate your subscription, leading to non-compliance with FinCEN.

5. Cancellation

a. You may cancel your subscription is the first 15 days with a full refund.

b. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at info@cheapboi.com. Upon cancellation, we will stop filing on your behalf, and you will be responsible for filing with FinCEN to remain in good standing.

b. No refunds will be provided for the remaining unused portion of your subscription.

6. Changes to Subscription

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the subscription service at any time, with or without notice.

7. Privacy and Data Security

a. We are committed to protecting your privacy. The data you provide will be used to file your returns with FinCEN. In addition, we reserve the right to share your information with third parties as it pertains to your filings.

b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your username and password.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your subscription, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other subscribers or us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide the subscription service on an “as-is” basis without any warranties, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of our subscription service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Wyoming.
